MAINCOR produces single and multilayer plastic pipes made of PE-X or PE-RT on state-of-the-art machines, also with oxygen barrier layer (EVOH) on request.

Designs, colours and ring lengths depend on the customer’s wishes. The highest quality standards in the production of these pipes also guarantee the customer maximum safety.

Special smooth-bore pipes

 

Composite pipe, pre-insulated

Our systems are pre-insulated in the factory with an insulating hose made of PE soft foam with a particularly resistant protective film for optimum insulation. Pressure-resistant, pre-insulated multilayer composite pipe in rings, oxygen diffusion-tight according to DIN 4726. The material used is a non-cross-linked polyethylene with increased temperature resistance (PE-RT, raised temperature according to DIN 16833). Can be used in sanitary, heating and surface heating installations. DVGW and ÖVGW certified. Mounted thermal insulation for pipelines according to the heating system ordinance, minimum thickness of the insulation layer related to a thermal conductivity of 0.040 W/mK, made of polyethylene foam with closed-cell material structure, with vapour barrier made of closed-cell polyethylene with tear-resistant grid structure, normally flammable B2 according to DIN 4102.

Hook & Loop Pipe

With the 5-layer pipe technology, the oxygen barrier layer is located on the outer surface of the pipe and is therefore always at risk of being damaged during transport or installation. With 5-layer pipe technology, the barrier layer is protected against external influences because it is embedded between layers of plastic and adhesive material.
