At MAINCOR, not only can TPE sockets be injection-molded onto our pipes, but also complex geometries using a wide range of raw materials (e.g., PP, PE, PA, etc.) tailored to customer specifications.

Injection-molded TPE sockets simplify and speed up the final assembly of our corrugated pipes (e.g., condensate drain pipes) in your devices. Your assembly workers will surely appreciate this benefit.

The ability to mold application-specific geometries according to your needs provides the advantage of creating an optimal form-fit connection. As a result, the pipe can easily be connected to a counterpart using a plug-in system, or it creates a perfect seat for O-rings or flat gaskets.
