The synchronized control of decoiler, welding station, and tape pull-off ensures continuous line operation. Precise positioning of the aluminum tape improves the gas and oxygen tightness of the pipes – a crucial factor for heating and air conditioning applications.
Intelligent Central Control – Industry 4.0 Ready
All system components are integrated into a central platform, enabling operation via an intuitive touchscreen interface. Individual user profiles and centralized recipe management, combined with remote access, prepare the system for Industry 4.0 environments. Real-time fault diagnosis with automatic safety shutdown further enhances operational safety.
