Assembly

At our production site in Knetzgau, MAINCOR operates two universal assembly systems. These systems allow a wide variety of connections and quick connectors (QCs) to be inserted into plastic pipes.

Attachments can be installed not only at the ends of the pipes but also along the pipe body itself. Furthermore, various holders, clips, protective sleeves, or heat-shrink tubing can be assembled.

We also have the capability to permanently weld your connectors to the pipe. The benefit for the customer is obvious: this connection is non-detachable and completely leak-proof.
