In many applications, plastics cannot be used in a standard form, and customized solutions are required. Due to the wide variety of designs and use cases, each component needs a different shape. Therefore, individual, order-specific forming is necessary.

Using a continuous hot air or steam oven, smooth and corrugated pipes are formed into the desired shape. MAINCOR has the know-how and years of experience to successfully form pipes made from various materials into the required geometries. If you have specific space constraints, we can offer nearly any geometry you need through this process.

As a third forming method, MAINCOR offers a manufacturing process specifically designed for PEX pipes, in which the pipes are selectively heated and then shaped according to your specifications.
